On April 27th Year 11 Drama students will be performing a selection of scripted performances as preparation for their Unit 2 examination the next day. From Blood Brothers to Blue Remembered Hills there will be something to suit all audiences.  Pupils have been preparing since January for their performance; as well as learning a difficult technical script, students have also directed and organised staging, lighting and sound.

Year 13 students had the chance to meet with Conwy County Councillors as part of an initiative to encourage political engagement amongst young adults.  Students met with Cllr Ian Jenkins, (Plaid Cymru), Cllr Emily Owen (Wesh Labour) and also ex-student Adam Kealey who will be standing as a candidate in the next Council elections, representing the Welsh Conservatives.  Other political parties were contacted but unable to attend this particular event.
