Alumni student Harry Ellis returned to Eirias this week to share his experiences of working in summer camps in the USA over the last 3 years.
Harry took time out from his studies at the University of Derby to speak to Year 12 and 13 students.
He provided an entertaining and informative talk about his experiences and the practicalities of working abroad during the summer, as well as the many benefits that can be gained from this experience.
As a UK student with a British accent, glasses and small scar on his forehead, Harry soon gained the nickname 'Harry Potter' with the students and clearly built up a great rapport with them.
We are sure that Harry's talk will have given our current students food for thought, whether they are considering summer camps, gap years or work and study abroad.
