Our U18 Football team secured a place in the Welsh Cup Quarter Finals with a hard-fought 4–3 win over Welshpool in wet and windy conditions on a difficult pitch.

We took the lead through Cian Macko after a great ball from Alfie Walker, before Dylan Edwards doubled the advantage following excellent work down the right from Finn Eames-Hughes. Welshpool pulled a goal back, but Alfie responded with a superb finish into the bottom corner to make it 3–1.

The second half was a real battle and Welshpool fought back to level the game at 3–3, but the lads never gave up and in the final minute Alfie played a brilliant through ball for Dylan to score the winner. A great result, full of determination and character, with Dylan Edwards named Man of the Match. 👍🏽⚽️
