Intervention at Ysgol Eirias

At Ysgol Eirias we have built a safe and inclusive environment for our learners which was highlighted by Estyn in their most recent inspection:

“Pupils feel safe in school”

“Ysgol Eirias offers strong care, support and guidance to its pupils.”

“A caring and inclusive community which provides a welcoming environment for pupils, staff and visitors."

However, if any instances of bullying are identified, we have a clear, thorough and restorative process to ensure interventions are carried out effectively. Interventions include learners, multiple staff and parents to appropriately educate, prevent and support the individuals involved. Please see attached our Kiva Flowchart and Kiva Contract which demonstrated the robust system followed.
