Monitoring at Ysgol Eirias

In addition to the prevention and intervention of bullying, we closely monitor learners' perspectives. Learners from Years 7–13 now complete a bespoke Kiva survey at two points throughout the year, which we have designed specifically for our school. This allows us to monitor trends, identify concerns, and provide timely support where needed. Data gathered is an important tool in identifying areas of improvement and guiding progression.

Ysgol Eirias also has a committed pastoral support network including form tutors, heads of learning, designated trusted adults, a student manager, and a wellbeing officer to monitor learners across all year groups and ensure a safe and supportive environment.
