Eirias A Level student wins North Wales regional heat of The Great Debate

We're delighted to announce that James Connor won the North Wales regional heat of the Great Debate this evening with Tatiana Scott-Jones as runner up.

The theme this year is ‘Should we judge Historical figures by the morals of today?’

James will now represent the school and the North Wales region at Windsor in the Spring.

Two Bangor University History academics, Sarah Watson and Leona Huey acted as judges for us this evening and they have offered to support James further before the final.

We are really pleased to continue our links with the department at Bangor.
